Licenses and model terms

Deai 0.2.5 includes third-party software and the Magenta RealTime 2 model. Those components keep their own licenses. Your Deai purchase terms do not restrict the rights those licenses grant.

Making and releasing music

You may use generated samples in music and sell, stream, or distribute that music while respecting third-party rights. Deai does not require Deai or Google credits on generated music. Google claims no rights in outputs. Exclusivity, copyright protection, and non-infringement are not guaranteed.

The eight model and asset files shipped with this version are unmodified copies matching the upstream hashes. The model terms prohibit generating content that infringes third-party rights. No endorsement by Google is implied.

The same materials are installed at /Library/Application Support/Deai/. Eigen and the Eigen-derived material in ml_dtypes are provided with their applicable MPL and other licenses. The source archive includes the local build adjustments and original license files.
